Comments

In April 2007, we launched our new comments and suggestions scheme – Speak Easy.

For the first time, we have established a system that enables our patients, the public and staff to comment on our services and also make suggestions.

As about 75% of ideas come from the staff and customers of organisations, we believe that we can listen and learn to improve our services for the future.

Alternatively, you can complete one of our Speak Easy forms, which you can pick up in the hospital.
