Public involvement
Involving people and Patient Focus Public Involvement
As a health care provider, we realise that by focusing on the needs of the patient and involving the public, we can become better at how we care for you and how we plan our services. To help us deliver a first-class service, we need your help. There are various ways you can do this:
Tell us what you think of us – whether you have a comment or complaint, we want to hear your views. We can then use what you tell us to improve what we do in the future.
Get involved – to join one of our focus groups, including our Disability Reference Group and Patient Focus Group, or for more information on what this involves, contact 0141 951 5616 or email involvingpeople@gjnh.scot.nhs.uk
Volunteer – if you would like to work with us and help others, contact 0141 951 5616 or email involvingpeople@gjnh.scot.nhs.uk
