The eyes, ears and voice of the organisation.
The Communications Department is responsible for developing and delivering internal and external communication plans and strategies for both the Golden Jubilee National Hospital and the Beardmore Hotel and Conference Centre.
What we do
- Deal with the media.
- Manage marketing and publicity.
- Write press releases.
- Communicate with patients and the public.
- Communicate with staff.
- Develop communications plans and strategies.
- Produce patient publications and literature.
- Take part in crisis management.
- Help staff write in Plain English.
- Design leaflets, posters and brochures.
- Provide media training for staff.
We also provide general advice and help with any communication and marketing issues.
