  • building management systems;
  • chillers;
  • fire alarms;
  • nurse call systems;
  • fire fighting equipment;
  • electrical systems up to 11,000 volts;
  • sewage pump systems;
  • incoming water systems, including legionella treatment;
  • hot water systems;

Security

Our Security team is responsible for ensuring that all areas in the hospital are locked and appropriately secured. They also patrol the buildings, grounds and car parks, as well as monitoring internal and external on-site cameras to make sure our patients, staff and visitors are in a safe environment.

The team also carry out all mailroom duties and delivery of mail, as well as uplifting and securing the safe disposal of confidential waste.

Projects team

This team design and build smaller projects and also manage larger projects together with a design team.

There is close co-operation and flexible working between the projects team and the maintenance team to maximise the skills and experience of all on any new build or refurbishment project.
