Finance Department

The principle role of the Finance function is to support our Board activities within our allocated resources. We focus on where and how the money is spent and ensure value for money principles underpin investment decisions.

In order to achieve this, the department:

provides robust and reliable financial information to both internal and external stakeholders so that informed decisions can be made;
focuses on both capital and revenue expenditure, providing reports and assistance to management analysing that expenditure; and
provides financial information to assist in any investment decision being made by the Board.

In terms of processing, Finance is responsible for ensuring bills are paid, cash is managed and capital investment is delivered.
