Our Learning and Development Department offers a wide range of learning opportunities for all staff, ranging from management development training to induction and mandatory training.

The Learning and Development team:

• carries out regular needs analysis to identify learning priorities
• manages implementation of the Knowledge and Skills Framework(KSF)
• offers discounted rates on external courses through the Further Education Programme.

We also work closely with staff in Clinical Education to ensure that staff training and learning activity is co-ordinated across all disciplines.
