| Description: |
Provide leadership and direction in the design, coordination and delivery of practice development activity that meets the education needs of all staff within the nursing department. The post holder is responsible for ensuring that this activity helps achieve the strategic aims of the Golden Jubilee National Hospital (GJNH) and is in line with national standards and statutory requirements. |
