Mental Health Wellbeing Sub Group

The primary purpose of the Mental Wellbeing working group (MWwg) is to support the NHSGJ Health and Wellbeing Group is to embed a culture that supports staff and volunteers to achieve and maintain mental wellbeing


  • Ensure the progress of the HWB delivery plan, particularly financial and actions
  • Identify additional gaps in our existing mental wellbeing services/ resources for staff
  • Scope out how the identified gaps will be filled and associated resource requirements
  • Make recommendations to the HWG on actions required

Accountability and Relationships

This MWwg is a sub group of the NHSGJ Health and Wellbeing Group. It will provide regular updates on progress to the HWG.
