Nicki Hamer

Head of Corporate Governance and Board Secretary

Nicki Hamer took up the post of Head of Corporate Governance and Board Secretary in January 2023. 

With over 16 years Scottish experience within corporate governance, Nicki Hamer initially began her career in Wales as a Personal Assistant and since 2007 has worked in the public sector for NHS Shetland, NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and NHS Golden Jubilee, including working within two Health and Social Care Partnerships. 

With a commitment to personal development, Nicki is currently undertaking a diploma in Corporate Governance.
