NHS Golden Jubilee launches new Values and Behaviours Framework
Yesterday, on World Values Day, we proudly launched our new Values and Behaviours Framework at NHS Golden Jubilee.
This marks an important step in how we work together and deliver the best possible care and service. Our new framework was shaped by the voices of our staff, patients, service users and customers, helping us define what matters most to us as an organisation.
It sets out the values that guide who we are, and the behaviours that bring those values to life in our everyday actions. While the framework is designed to support our teams internally, it ultimately strengthens our commitment to compassionate, person-centred care for everyone who uses our services.
We’re grateful to everyone who contributed to this important work and look forward to embedding these values across everything we do.
